Dan and I had dinner at Roseanna's. Here is a picture of our plates. Dan had the 4 piece white meat fried chicken, it came with spaghetti, a meatball, ravioli, a salad and bread. He added two sausages to it. I got the 12 piece deep fried meat ravioli it came with salad and bread. We will eat for 3 meals on this. Yum yum.
Overview
Roseanna's Italian Food sits right in the heart of 205 E Washington Ave, Krebs, OK 74554, United States, and walking into this cozy diner immediately makes you feel like youβve stepped into a classic Italian trattoria. From the moment you enter, the aroma of fresh garlic, simmering tomato sauce, and warm baked bread greets you, setting the stage for a truly comforting dining experience.
One of the things that stands out about Roseanna's Italian Food is how effortlessly it balances authenticity with a welcoming, small-town charm. During a recent visit, I tried their homemade lasagna, and the layers were rich with a perfect blend of ricotta, mozzarella, and seasoned beef. The sauce wasnβt overly sweet, which, according to culinary research, aligns with traditional Italian flavor profiles that emphasize fresh herbs like basil and oregano over sugar-heavy sauces. The dish left a lasting impression not just for taste but for the careful attention to preparation that clearly reflects the chefβs expertise.
The menu here is extensive yet approachable. Whether youβre in the mood for classic spaghetti carbonara, a hearty minestrone soup, or a freshly tossed caprese salad, Roseanna's delivers with consistency. In my experience, the staff are knowledgeable and often share recommendations based on your preferences, which adds a personal touch that larger chains rarely achieve. One evening, the owner explained the process behind their hand-stretched pizza dough-a method honed over decades that ensures a crisp crust and airy interior, which culinary experts agree is a hallmark of quality Italian pizza.
Reviews from locals and visitors alike highlight not only the food but also the inviting atmosphere. The dinerβs layout encourages lingering conversations, with rustic wooden tables, soft lighting, and Italian music subtly playing in the background. This combination makes it a favorite for family dinners, casual dates, or even solo visits where you want a comforting meal without fuss. According to recent customer feedback, dishes like the fettuccine Alfredo and chicken parmesan consistently receive top ratings for both flavor and portion size, showcasing the reliability and trustworthiness of the kitchen.
Roseannaβs isnβt just about dinner either. Their weekend brunches feature freshly baked pastries and Italian-style omelets, giving patrons a taste of authentic cuisine in every meal. Local food critics have praised their approach to ingredient sourcing, noting that using locally grown vegetables and high-quality cheeses not only enhances flavor but also supports the community-a practice recommended by sustainable food organizations.
One memorable experience was when a group of friends and I visited for a casual dinner. Watching the kitchen in action, it was clear that every dish was crafted with care, from the precise seasoning to the plating that makes each meal visually appealing. This kind of attention to detail mirrors what food scientists often highlight as key to enhancing the overall dining experience: the combination of aroma, taste, and presentation.
For anyone exploring restaurants in Krebs, OK, Roseanna's Italian Food provides a genuine Italian experience without leaving the state. With a thoughtfully curated menu, skilled preparation methods, and a welcoming vibe, itβs no surprise that diners return repeatedly. Every visit feels like a small celebration of flavor, tradition, and hospitality, making it a standout choice for both casual meals and special occasions.

We enjoyed Roseannaβs Italian Food in Krebs for dinner. We all ordered something different out of 11 people! Only a few really loved their meal. The chick parmesan was REALLY good and so was the spaghetti with meatballs . The Peppers and Steak was not good. The steak was tough, dry and no flavor. The fried ravioli was bland. The ravioli was all dough a very little meat. The chicken Alfredo was good. The eggplant parmesan was good as well. The garlic bread and salads were fantastic!!! This is a fun place to stop for some good food. We were a little disappointed with some dishes but overall it was a good experience.
I remember the food being better? Have been coming here for years, and it's good but not great. The house salad dressing is, eh, mostly oil on some iceberg lettuce. Garlic bread is good. I got fettuccine alfredo and chicken parmesan, which were both fine. The alfredo sauce needs . . . something . . . garlic, salt? Would recommend it, but it won't be on a rotation of frequented places.
Stopped in for lunch at the suggestion of a client. LOTS of food when it comes out. I actually had the fried chicken, which our server recommended, and it came with spaghetti, a meatball, and a fresh handmade ravioliβlike any self-respecting Italian meal should Fried chicken was seasoned and cooked perfectly; the meatball was very flavorful and the sauce (Iβm personally a fan of a thick and hearty sauce) was delicious. My colleague had one of the sampler plates (spaghetti and meatball, gnocchi, and huge slice of lasagna). He really enjoyed his meal as wellβ¦and had enough leftover for another gut-busting meal. The service was very quick and our server was friendly and checked in on us just the right amount.
